Please check your order as soon as it arrives and let me know if there are any issues. Retain all packaging until you are completely satisfied all is well.
Unwanted items can be returned if I am notified in writing within 14 days of receipt.
Buyer must pay the return cost of postage and the goods must be received back in a perfect and saleable condition. A full refund will then be given, minus any postage costs incurred.
Please ensure that there is sufficient insurance cover in case the goods get damaged in return transit.
Cancellations are accepted if I am notified in time, before dispatch.
Emalis are acceptable, but may get missed, so it is advisable to cancel by phone.
